(1) Functions:

Garbage compactor (also called waste compactor truck, garbage compactor truck, trash compactor, refuse collection truck, compactor garbage truck,rubbish truck, bin wagon, dustcart, bin lorry, waste collection vehicle) is designed to collect and transport municipal solid waste.

Garbage compactor is composed of hermitical garbage box, hydraulic system and operating system, which could apply pressure to the waste to break down bulky items, to load and transport more garbage by one time. Dirty liquid flows into waste sink, perfectly preventing repollution. When arriving at destination, the garbage can be dumped completely. It is ideal solution for solid waste collection.

The operation system could be manual or electrical control.

III. Details and operation of Compactor Garbage Truck





Load operation is less than 30 seconds, unloading operation time is less than 45 seconds;

Can choose 240L(single bin,double bins)or 360L,660L,1100L standard bin lifting and turnover mechanism,can also choose ground hopper and other kinds of loading mechanism.

Automatic control-- The hydraulic control operation system can be controlled by electric and manual, one operation system button installed in the cab, the other operation system button installed at the back of the upper body.

V. PRODUCT SHIPPING (RORO OR BULK SHIP OR CONTAINER)

RORO: The truck is driven to the ship inside directly and fixed well. It can protect the truck being rusty and broken during shipping.
BULK:  The truck is lifted by crane then put on the vessel deck. This model is much cheaper.
CONTAINER: The truck is put into the container. This model is used for small model trucks
